Equifax Complaint - Who gives them the right?

Review by Galileo on 2010-04-05
P.O. BOX 740241, GEORGIA -- I am wondering how Equifax, a credit reporting bureau, has the right to send your credit report to creditors every 30 days without your permission? How is it their business and how are they given power to impact your life?

What a crock! Credit bureaus are no more than gimmicks of a system that we buy into allow them to grade us on how much debt we have--not on how good our credit history is.

If you want information on how to avoid this kind of credit jail system, check out speaker Dave Ramsay.

galileo, would you mind expanding on this a bit? much obliged.

the way I read this, your saying that equifax auto sends your credit report to creditors every 30 days. I always assumed twas the other way around, creditors report to the credit bureaus once per month.
