Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Most FedEx Drivers Are Liars
On March 18, 2010 I ordered my bamboo floors from a very good floor company. We decided to use FedEx for shipment. My floors arrived but the driver refused to unload them, he claimed that it was too dangerous for him to stop on a major street for 5 minutes to unload them. I suggested that he parked along the side street that is one house a way from my duplex and used his forklift and to drive to my house, he said that he couldn't do that either because the street had trees. He decided to take my floors back to his local station and if I want them, I could pick them up myself. The floors were over a ton! I couldn't do that I didn't have a truck and I paid to have it delivered to my duplex. I didn't want to argue with him so I called the dispatch and asked if they could deliver it to my house instead and I could transfer a few boxes at a time on my own and my house is only a few blocks away as suppose to the station which is about 12 miles away. They said they couldn't do that either and I had to call my floor company and requested that my floors be rerouted to my house and I had to pay extra which I had to agree to it because I had a deadline to meet. It took them three days before they delivered them to my house, I missed my deadline completely and I some of the boxes were damaged. I could go on about other incidents with FedEx but I don't have enough time.
Please do not used FedEx for any delivery you'll be sorry.
