Sony Electronics Inc Complaint - Why I will not buy another sony product
OHIO -- I purchased a Sony bravia LCD 46 inch TV KDL-46V4100 15 months ago. A line started in the middle of the screen 5 inchs wide with a distortion and color loss, it moves slowly to the right of the screen. I called the service line and of course it is out of warranty by five months. I ask the customer service representative if they think a high end TV should last longer than 5 months past the warranty with no answer from them. I will never purchase Sony electronics again, I thought I was getting a superior product buy paying a premium price for the Sony bravia name but apparently this is not the case. I guess the lesson that was given to Toyota and their problems from the U.S. comsumers has not been learned buy another overseas company. Enjoy your profits now because the buying public of the United States is not as stupid as you think.
