Target Complaint - A waste of a drive
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I have been looking for this concealer for quite a while and after it was sold out, Target recently got it back in stock (or so they say). I checked online to locate the item and all stores in the New York tri state stated they had it in stock. I called on Brooklyn Junction which is about a 45 minute drive and was told that they did have the product even after giving them a dpci # of the product. So being excited that I was finally getting to the try the product, I was in for a big disappointment. Upon getting to the store, I bought a iced passion iced tea lemonade(my favorite), however the barista put in too much syrup for it to taste good. But I did not let that ruin my day. I go to the beauty center under sonia kashuk to find that the item in no where to be seen. I ask three workers to help me but was completely ignored once I could not find the dpci # because my iPhone internet decided to stop working as if they had no other way of locating the product. After getting a hold of a different worker who went out of her way to help, She gave the workers inside the warehouse the dpci # on the walkie talkie and not even two seconds later, they responded with "we are out of stock of that item"! I was completely annoyed that I had to drive and go out of my way because they customer service can not do their job correctly. I left the store immediately and lets just say I will not be going back. This is the second time this has happened regarding this product, Target should really update their inventory. I had to order the item online and it was very annoying that I had to go through the process of searching for a product that never was available in the first place. I will not be a customer of Target any longer!
