Best Buy Complaint - Extended warrinty - TVS
This company is the worst company ever to spend the extra money to the warrinty. Number one they never come out when they say they are going to. Number two when they finally come out they don't even check the product they make a phone call and say I guess we need to order a part, then they will be back in 10-14 days. Even though they no it is not the problem bc panaSonic already told them that. So they did it anyways and know I have to wait 14 days to see if this works then who knows how much longer after that. It is ridiculous that anybody has to go through some thing like this more then once since if done it twice already. You spend that money which is crazy how much and for what. Problem still isn't fixed.
