MyPoints.com, Inc. Complaint - Think long and hard before signing up
I have been a member of my points for several years. I have been really happy with them until recently (about 6 months). I do my shopping for supplies etc for my job through my points, so as you can imagine, I accrue rather a lot. I have always received my gift cards rather quickly until the last 6 months. I have received the same run around many of you have had. I email to receive another email its being looked into and I should recevied a response within a few days. After a few days of not receiving a response, I reply again to the email to receive another email stating it was sent to someone else and could be up to a few weeks. Then, I finally received a response the cards had already been sent out. When I responded I never received them, they finally sent new card via Fedex. This process took about 3 months. Now I am in the same boat again. I have emailed approxiamately 10 times regarding about $400 in Home Depot gift cards that were never received. I received an email response and they are trying to claim the ones I previously received via Fedex are the missing cards. What they don't know is each time I redeemed my points, I kept a spreadsheet of the day I redeemed them and what for. I never recevied these cards. I am totally getting the run around. When I haven't received a response in a couple weeks, I email again getting the same email from the very first time I emailed. I am wondering if there is something going on with their company and that's why they are redeeming like they did previously. I am now looking into filing a complaint with the BBB.
