AirTran Airways Complaint - I Felt Discriminated By A Flight Attendant
I felt discriminated by a flight attendant on Flight 517 on April 4th, 2010, nonstop from Atlanta to Columbus leaving at 9:30 am. On arriving in Columbus, one of flight attendants was sitting on the front business class seat and greeting to every passenger EXCEPT my family, an Asian family. The female flight attendant with a long blonde hair (her hair tied up), said “bye” to every passenger in front of us, but, when we were passing her in the aisle, she stopped greeting to us, even my little son (she turned down her face to the other side from us and say nothing).
After we passed her, she started to greeting to other passengers again on our back. She ruined my pleasure trip. AirTran should re-train her on how to equally treat passengers without discrimination.
