DOVER, DELAWARE -- Since Gevalia went paperless it is impossible to get correct orders and even worse is trying to contact them. Their "live operators" are anythin but...their accents are so heavy that it is a hassle trying to communicate with them and when one does FINALLY get something across, they don't have any answers except their infuriating, smarmy : "I understand...", "We apologize for your difficulty..." etc. etc. etc. and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse, I have even had them hang up on me. I will NEVER AGAIN order from Gevalia with a credit card or debit card, since they are notorious for sending unsolicited orders, or making horrendous mistakes in the orders and then charging for them. This was once a good company with great service & product, but since they have outsourced, they gone into the toilet. BEWARE!!!
