Christian Supply Informative - CHRISTIAN SUPPLY ISN'T SO CHRISTIAN!!! - Christian bookstore items

SPARTANBURG, SOUTH DAKOTA -- Those of you in the Greenville/Spartanburg SC area are probably very aware of Christian Supply, a huge Christian bookstore in Spartanburg. They seem like any other Christian bookstore, all nice and such, with their cheery bible verses all around and their sweet, soothing Christian music playing overhead. DON'T BE FOOLED. There is NOTHING CHRIST-LIKE about this place or these people!!!!
I urge you to go to other places to buy your Christian books, tapes, CDs, videos, etc. Even at Wal-mart you will receive more customer service!
I called them about purchasing some items and was talked to with absolute hatefulness and rudeness. I have bought items there in the past but will never give them another dime. If their attitudes and customer service are any indication, a more appropriate name for them would be Satan's Supply. Please, try another place. Don't purchase from them. Tell your fellow church members, your pastor, your friends, your family. This is NOT the place to support with your money.

Wow. Sounds like you had a pretty bad experience. But, You say don't let the surroundings fool you and they are not very Christian in attitude. Well, don't you think that by speaking in such a negetive way is being any better, and also a Church and Pastor that would allow that type of comment would be no better than you say the store is. Please rethink what you have said and remember to pluck the log out of your own eye before pointing out the sliver in another.

try christianbooks.com. I spent my entire adult life as a professional churchman and the only people I have ever had screw me around are christians. Would rather deal with Arabs! CB is Peabody Mass is a well-run professional outfit with xcellent prices and acceptable service
