Selectrugs.com Complaint - Billed but Fail to Deliver Goods
Order placed 01-23-2010 for 2 area rugs. Credit card was billed pronto, but order was placed on backorder til 04-01-2010. After no shipping notification I called 04-07-2010 for status update to learn backorder date had been extended an additional 8-10 weeks without any communication to me. Still, wondering how long it will take for me to see my refund. Something to think about before placing an order with this company. BEWARE!
