Travelocity Complaint - Countless Phone Calls to Customer Service
Ok, so where do I begin. We booked a trip to Florda (big resort place there), and used Travelocity.
First thing is my son's reservation was separate from all the other members in my family -- no explanation as to why -- and when I called customer service, no explanation was given. I was simply told it would be ok.
From there, they messed up my son's middle name -- meaning they included letters from his middle name into his first name (hopefully that made sense). Anyhow, we were nervous about his name not matching up...I called the airline directly, and requested a change, but I was also directed by the airline to contact Trevelocity again to ask them to physically make the change.
I asked this time directly for a supervisor. I went through the entire situation again (which took about 30 minutes), and after he put me on hold to speak directly with the airline, he came back to tell me he couldn't change the reservation, but assured me all would be ok..... I sure hope so.
Not for nothing -- but every time I called them, they had trouble hearing me.... even though everyone else on the planet has no trouble...
Bottom line is in all serious -- it's not worth the trouble using them.
