Spirit Airlines Complaint - New Carry On Baggage Fees
Complaint
I started travelling with Spirit Airlines when they first started flying to and from the Bahamas. It was fine in the beginning but that quickly deteriorated as the service and prices kept changing and so I only flew them when I had no other choice. Now that they decided to charge you a ridiculous fee for your carry on luggage that was the final nail in their coffin for me. My friends and family all feel the same. I sent them a electronically written complaint before after me and my family received such horrible service in Ft. Lauderdale Int. Airport. You are charged for everything now, every piece of luggage, you pay for your seat(I thought that is what you where paying for when you bought your ticket but no you pay extra for your seat, you can't get a bottle of water and the attitudes of the Florida based agents leave very little to be desired.

Every airline except Southwest charges for baggage.
