Cartridge World (Sapulpa ,OK) Complaint - Bad service, Empty cartridge, no respect for customer

11063-B S. MEMORIAL, TULSA, OK, OKLAHOMA -- Purchased a reconditioned printer cartridge on 3/13 and by 3/30 it was empty. Took the cartridge back to the store thinking, well they made a mistake and did not fill it or there is a defect with the cartridge itself, after all I had only printed about 50 pages (it could not be empty, right?). My original cartridge produced 2800 prints (they are made to yield 3000 prints)

The store clerk check it out and said, to bad its empty and the only thing we can do is to refilled again and of course charge you to fill it.

This is a bad practice and a shameful one, you have lost me as a customer and every person that I may come in contact with to include my corporation and all the printers that we have. In this economy you can not afford to cut corners, your customers will go somewhere else for better service even if it cost more! .... after all all we want is reliability, and that translates to a cartridge that works as its supposed to be!
