Newltel Complaint - Ripped Off by Newltel
RINGOES, NEW JERSEY -- Newltel has taken my money and run.... I contracted with Newltel to have Broadband DSL Anywhere(wireless) service installed in Februay 2001. When an installation technician couldn't get a signal at my location I figured I get a quick refund.
Guess again. Four months later (seven phone calls and two letters to Newltel) and still no refund. And now I find out that I'm not alone. Newltel has left a trail of disgruntled customers. They refuse to return your calls and they literally laughed at me when I threatened to sue them.
Well, I've filed suit in small claims court and filed complaints with the Better Business Burea and Office of Consumer Affairs.
Whatever you do, don't sign up with Newltel!!
