YONKERS, NEW YORK -- They claimed we could drive home that evening. but we insisted they review our credit first and either decline or approve it due to circumstances. This was second week of March. on March 20th 2010, they said we were approved and TMCC was financing it. We held back on monthly payment they were going to roll over. It is now April 7th and they are still saying we are not approved. They keep giving us to different people and no one has an answer Hence "Merry Go Round" Altogether we have owned or leased 4 Toyota's. can't they just say yes or no. why be sleazy. they also claim they can't directly give us our deposit back $500.00. Two years ago when we leased the 2009 the staff was really great. I guess it's true Toyota has problems not Only with the workings of the auto, but with their dealerships. THERE IS A WHOLE MARKET OUT THERE. DON'T LET WESTCHESTER TOYOTA TORTURE YOU WITH THEIR CRAFTY SALES PEOPLE OR THEIR METHOD OF MAKING IT HARD TO GET A CAR. We also gave our insurance company the vin # of the vehicle, that is how close we came, and again they said we were approved. Well I just spoke with "TOYOTA EXPERIENCE" and they can do is call westchester and make them say yes or no, do you believe this they can't say and or no either. westchester just told my husband to wait until 4pm, at which time he will not be there and we have to call tomorrow again, again, again and again.
