Spirit Airlines Complaint - The $9 Fare Club
MIRAMAR, FLORIDA -- I paid for the $9 Fare Club membership on 3/30/10 and received an error msg that said "come back later and try again". Well I noticed the payment portion of the request went through and charged my account, However after 4 phone calls to Spirit they told me they don't see tha payment being made. I called and kept being told give them to end of the day to post the $9 club to my profile. Still to this date, no posting. After demanding a supervisor Tobias in INDIA (need I say) he informed me that I would have to wait 16 days for them to investigate after he told me to go the website help section and submit aquestion/comment. I ripped him a new one. Still I'm without the designation and out of the $$$$. So I think I'll send a letter to the CEO and demand someone from the USA give me a call and settle this issue before I blast them on the local evening news. How interesting I get this crap and they're advertising the new payment for carry on luggage. Guess they don't have enough money. Needless to say how angry I am. I will be demanding a refund and continue to fly with Delta and Southwest. Boycotting Spirit.
