Hp.com home support Complaint - Phone support is terrible

The HP media drive is a great idea, but a bad piece of hardware. after it warms up it produces a high pitch whine. After spending almost two hours on the phone with India, having them log on I finally convinced them to send me a repair or replace box, only a "level 2 supervisor could do that. On hold another 30 minutes I finally hung up in frustration, and threw out the drive. DO NOT BUY A HP MEDIA DRIVE, poor quality for the price.
