CitiFinancialAuto Complaint - Poor Accounting, Poor Customer Service.

COPPELL, TEXAS -- During my loan, I tried to make an extra payment stating "principal Only" on the check. I sent a check because any other payment method incurs a $15.00 charge. They took the payment but counted it as my monthly payment and did not debit my auto payment for that month. So much for "extra" payment. The final payment amount was given by a representative 3 days before auto payment but they cannot stop auto payment. Yeah, they took an extra payment.

When they sent me the title after pay off, I received three titles, two of which belonged to other customers. I bet they wonder why they don't have their titles!
