Verizon/fios Complaint - Terrible customer service at verizon/fios
I signed up for verizon/fios internet. The fiber optics were installed on April 1st. It is now April 9th and they still have not been able to set me up with a simple e-mail account or user log in. I have called twice a day for 9 days and still no action. Have been promised call backs and claims they are working on the problem. How hard is it to set up a e-mail account for a major communication company? I am totally disgusted with Verizon customer service. They seem to have plenty of money for advertising but can't deliver on the products they advertise.
