Priceline.com Complaint - That is the last time for me to choose this website
Priceline.com is a site I would NOT recommend to you!
I think it is the last time for me and my friends to choose this website! The customer service is so rude!!
When I ordered this hotel, it writes "HOTEL SPECIAL 15% OFF TWO NIGHTS OR MORE! BOOK NOW!" So I ordered from 04/18/2010-04/21/2010.The final price is 152.88+18.42=171.30.
It didn't give me any discount. So I called customer service. A lady helped me for about 30 mins. After that, she told me someone will email to me and refund money to me. Yesterday I received the email and asked me to contact 1-800-774-2354.So I called them and a lady there is even more rude! She told me the money I paid is after 15% off discount. So I told her: I have checked online, if I just order hotel one day, the final price is 50.96+ tax 6.14, which is the same rate as three days staying. That is the evidence that you didn't give me any discount. She continuous to interrupting my explanation and didn't listen to my explanation.
I am so angry now. I trusted Priceline so much and recommend it to many of my friends. But now I am so disappoint with this company and service.
