T-mobile Informative - For t-mobile customers
Ok, so Tmobile customer service sucks. Tmobile provides the services. manufacturers provides the phones. if your having problems with the phones not working, complain it to the manfacturers. the problem with you guys is, you complain of small things. I got a call from an old lady before complaining that her Samsung phone is broken! only to find out that what she was complaining about is she always gets an error message that the inbox is full. FYI, some Samsung phones only stores 200 mesasges in their inbox. is it tmobiles fault? no. its how the phone is designed. live with it. if she doesn't like how it works, why don't she buy a more expensive one. one more example, cusomers call in saying that their phones are freezing.. did you know that it does that because there are lots of stuff that's already there? its how you use the phone guys.. its not the SERVICE. and, moreover, you know why you get long holds? because your calls are being routed to the queue where 'customers' complains a lot.. try calling from a different phone number. it will help. try to be nice to the customere care agents, they'll exceed a mile to help you out.
