Spirit Airlines Complaint - Website
SOUTH BARRINGTON, ILLINOIS -- Your website for booking a flight, checking bags & seat assignment is not user friendly. Not enough explanations such as you charge for seats if you book on-line or you do not issue boarding passes. Stating Name or locator number was invalid 3X, then all of a sudden it was OK after typing in the same info 3 X. What's this about charging for seats if you reserve them on-line? How inconvenient & cheap. I haven't even flown yet.
I hope my experience is better than what I had with trying to book my flight!
