Bil-Ray Complaint - A Big Mistake
NEW YORK -- We had our kitchen cabinets refaced by Bil-Ray after being solicited at BJs at the Gateway Mall in Bklyn.
This was done last Summer (2009) .We were told the job would take 2 days. We have a very small kitchen. The job took a total of at least 4 whole days. They had to come back a couple of times because of wrong ordering and size problems.
Finally, we thought we were finished but within the next couple of months we found spots that were not glued properly or not at all. There were also edges that were not properly smoothed down so we had to call them back several times. We are not happy with the job at all.
When contacting the head office we were given a complimentary gift card to BJ's but you know what. I can buy my own groceries. I would rather the job I contracted for be done professionally, promptly and done well.
When I called the office again and spoke to the so-called manager and told them I would report them to the BBB I got a so what response.
Now, less than a year later we are having places on the cabinets that are coming unglued.
What a waste of time and money. We will now have to have the cabinets replaced but in the meantime until I can save up the money we will have to find what type of glue to buy to hold us over until then.
Save your money, don't deal with these "could not care less" people.
Customer service is a lost art in America.
