Sears Complaint - Sears poor repair service
BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON -- My HE2-Plus front loading Washer is less than 3 years old and it broke down. When I called and made a appointment for repair the agent was very rude and his English was hard to understand. Well surprise the first repair appointment no one showed up. When I called to find out where the repair person was I was told I had no appointment. So I made another appointment. The repair man ordered the parts he felt were right.(but he was wrong) Two weeks later when he was due to come back...no parts had arrived. The parts were only being shipped from 90 miles away and it took over two weeks to reach us. And why is the customer is responsible for receiving the parts? Well the repair man was wrong on what the washer needed, when he put the parts in he ordered and tried to start the machine the thing once again almost stated a fire now the parts he put in also need to be replaced once again. Who do you think gets to pay for the parts he burned out...your right ME..I only have a warranty that covers $500.00 for labor and parts so when it goes over the cost I have to pay the difference. But why should I pay for his mistake??? Good question right? So now I'm told it will take another 10 to 15 days for the parts to arrive and then I can make an appointment for the repair man to return. When this is done I will be without a washer for a month or more....My warring to you Never by a Sears appliance if you ever need it repaired....your in for a very long wait.
