Spirit Airlines Complaint - Questions & Complaints Are Not Being Heard By Spirit
My husband and I are very frustrated about Spirit's charges for seats and for carry-on bags - particularly since they come as a surprise when you have already made a nonrefundable reservation. We have two different pieces of information from Spirit on the allowable size of a carry-on, and cannot get to anyone for an answer. Also need to know if a breathing machine counts as a carry-on, or as an excluded assistance device, but cannot get an inquiry through, using "send a comment" on their help link. We just get repeated errors. I cannot get through at the corporate phone no, either; call is simply disconnected.
We will not fly Spirit any more, and think it is extremely unlikely that a company which is not listening to customers will remain in business very long!
