Enchanted Mirror Timeless Finery Complaint - Complaint - Order Of Over $500.00

GEORGIA -- I ordered over $500.00 worth of clothing from Enchanted Mirror back in October 2008 and prepaid, of course. I was given and still am, the run around of a lifetime. It was shipped, it was not shipped, it was lost, someone is sick, employee problems, you get the picture. I sent e-mails consistently and each time either the mailbox was full, or I got some ridiculous answer. Of course, no refund!!! This place is a pure joke and liars.

All I know is that they took my money and haven't delivered anything but one lie after the next.

Since anyone can post anything here, without proof to back up claims, a spurned ex boyfriend, or hater can post against our business.
In order to help you, I need to know, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the three digit invoice #, so I can make sure this is a legitimate order, and see why you have not gotten it, I am here to HELP you! Thank you for providing this information. I am sorry, I just saw this post.
I will make sure you get any item(s) you ordered within 30 days of receiving your information.

If you paid with a credit card--dispute the charge for non delivery of goods.

It is well past the amount of time that is allowed for a credit card dispute. The only way you will ever see your money back is to sue in small claims court.

Interesting. Once again she blames the consumer. Yes, we have nothing more to do than sit in front of our computers and try to destroy her store and reputation. How terribly sad for her. My friends, I urge you to stay on top of this until she, things, change. I do believe people change and that they should always be given another chance, but with this, I don't know. There does not seem to be any remorse. Actions speak louder than words and reality offends.

all i see are two comments regarding credit card disputes
and a company response asking for specifics on the sale.

The company responded with "i am here to HELP you", but never said who "I" was or an email address or phone to contact for an escalated resolution.
Obviously the poster already has general contact info that has gotten him/her nowhere.
Kind of a strange omission if you want to help this person get their almost 2 year old order fast. They'll get it in no less than 30 days once you get on it!? That's your prioritized speed? How about instantly shipping or in all fairness, a full refund NOW. Yikes
