Complaint - Did not ship my item after 12 days

On 4-2, ordered a rear view camera, on 4-7 it shipped (now I am already a "preferred customer" meaning, I get same day shipping, strike #1) called on 4012, got 7 people and 3 voicemails, and never a return call or email, called back on 4-13, got 3 people, and they said they shipped it, and ups does not have it, and they would not replace it, so I had to beg for my money back, which they finally agreed to after 20 minutes of me complaining to 3 people, they would not even attempt to offer a reshipment with upgraded shipping, they just did not care, do not do business with these people, they say it will take 48 hours for their people to approve the refund, and 7 days after that till I get it. buy from eBay or Amazon, these people obviousely have no systems in place to verify orders and errors, as ups "received billing info" a week after I ordered it, and a week after that, I still have no backup camers, avoid them at all cost, vry rude, and non cooperative.
