Days Inn Complaint - Rude Desk Clerk - Reservations
2900 VAN BUREN ST. PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I made a reservation at the Days Inn, Phoenix Airport facility about a week before my planned stay. I missplaced my confirmation number and dates of stay, so I called to see what they had on file for me. When I told the desk clerk that I had missplaced my information, she commented, "how could you loose such important information?", in a very condecending tone. I asked why she was being so rude to me and she replied, "I'm not being rude to you". She asked for my name. I gave it to her (which is a very simple five letter name as common as Smith or Jones). She said, "she didn't understand". I gave it to her again. She said it "was a lot of trouble to look it up and that I should have saved the confirmation number". I again aske why she was being so rude. She finally found the reservation, gave me the confirmation number and said, "we don't want you here, I've cancelled your reservation".
