Grandma's Giftware Complaint - Broken Items Shipped

SHELDON, IOWA -- I ordered a Woodwick candle from this seller. The item arrived shattered. I emailed with someone named Brandon at the company. Brandon placed me at fault for not ordering the candle with expedited shipping. He basically told me if I wanted to ship half way across the world I should have paid for better shipping. Thats funny. I expect that if you are ordering a fragile gift - you take the precautions as a seller to ensure the item arrives in tact. When we asked for them to make it right, he told us we had to ship the broken glass back to him and got snippy. Do yourself a favor, go to your local Hallmark and find the items you need. Do not order from these people. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well.
