United States Postal Service Complaint - What is UP with their WEBSITE
As an internet business, I rely on both the USPS and UPS to get my shipments to my customers. Although the USPS has done better in the last couple of years in getting the packages to my customers... it's often hampered (very frustrating) when trying to process the 'click-n-ship' through their website. Either the ENTIRE SITE is down... or they simply 'have technical difficulties' with the 'click-n-ship' part of their website.
My company prides itself on shipping items quickly... the USPS does not help our companies reputation when you cannot even print a freaking label!!
This is not a SMALL company website by any stretch of the imagination! Are you telling me that they cannot find website personnel capable of making website modifications that don't drop the whole website to it's knees?? As an ex- computer programmer... my first priority was to make sure that any updates made did not disrupt business for the company I was working for... a very SMALL company when in comparison with the USPS.
I would be SO FIRED if I had pulled the same incompetent crap as these people!
