T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Customer Service is Terrible
Have been a T-Mobile customer for several years. I will NOT be renewing my contract. Reasons:
1) Dropped calls, all the time. I live right in the middle of a major city and get dropped calls constantly. Called T-Mobile, got put on hold, and, you guessed it, dropped the call again. Also the G-1 likes to reboot itself at will, and the battery life is terrible.
2) Customer service (or lack thereof): walk in and you'll be in line for at least an hour. This is my biggest complaint with T-Mobile.
Online no better. Wife's phone crashed (G-1), took several weeks to get a replacement, they kept giving me the runaround on the fix ("let the engineers fix the problem"... over and over until I got fed up and got a new phone, told them from the start it was the phone and not the network, although that sucks too). Few months ago got a new phone #, they didn't bother to tell me that an "Alan" had the same # before me, have received probably 400-500 calls for him since.
3) Billing problems. Make sure any IM's you send from your home computer don't get billed to your phone, they won't credit you. Like I can text 6 IM's a minute from my phone (I'm sure some can, but not me).
Other than that T-Mobile is great. Would end my contract today if it didn't cost another me $200.
