John Hancock Complaint - Incompetent service - Telephone service resolution

I spent a total of 6 and 1/2 hours today with John Hancock representatives trying to get my questions answered so I could finish my taxes. I kept getting shuffled from one area to another, being asked the same questions, getting transferred to another department, and on and on. They are very poor at handling customer questions. I finally told the last incompetent what he could do. I just could not take any more run-arounds. They just take your money and offer no advice. You're better off throwing darts at the stock page in tthe WSJ.
