Sears / Kmart Complaint - Do not buy from Sears.com or Kmart.com

They do not value customers. They make up lies and excuses every time you talk to them. Once they have your name as a unhappy customer they just try to get you off the phone or let you stew in the chat while they 'contact their resources'.
I spent a whole day trying to place an order that got cancelled for a number of reasons none of which seem to be true. Out of stock, in stock but too far away, credit card declined, system down, system glitch.
Do not buy from them, you won't get your purchase and you will get charged at least once.

When I bought my washer/dryer I was charged $2400 for a $900 deal. Eventually I got it fixed, 2 weeks and hours on the phone later. I swore to myself I won't buy from Sears again only to succumb when Kmart had a great trike on sale that nobody else carries.

Even if you could save a million dollars, do no succumb to the temptation. They are just trying to sucker you in. You will hate yourself for it.

These people think nothing of hanging up on you, yelling or patronizing you. If you want phone rage, this is the place to go.

well. I am no fan of phone rage so I shall heed your advice and stay away from sears/kmart.
