Popeye's Chicken Complaint - Terrible - the service, chicken, overall visit
MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA -- Honestly i personally do not care about their personal issues outside of work WERE/ARE because, if you are good at your job and only focused on your job like you are supposed to instead of bringing your personal and/or social life to work, you wont be as distracted. So this goes out to the individual who said we do not know what the worker was going through, or are under staffed, or what the hell ever, the worker should have had better customer service skills. But, i have personally experienced popeye workers that yell at you through the drive thru, refused to serve my mom and she was sick, managers that i have complained on and acted like they wanted to fight because coorperate gave them my information(by the way they do not work their anymore), and the most recent, yelling, cant speak english very well and we waited 30 minutes for re-heated chicken that was hard, discolored, and dry, when we were told the wait would only be 10 minutes, but several other people came in after us and left before us, and they ordered the same thing we did. So there are no excuses for this behavior as i have worked fast food and you dont bring your outside life to work, thats why its called work or having a job, not a social gathering or therapy where you bring your issues to your j.o.b. and if you were professional you would know better. ITS NOT ABOUT WHAT THE WORKER(S) were/are going through, its about us, you and me, THE CUSTOMER!
