Burlington Coat Factory- 183rd St. Cerritos Complaint - Extremely Poor Customer Service

CERRITOS, CALIFORNIA -- I would say that my shopping experience at BCF was a nightmare that I still grinch every time I remember. My husband and I was shopping for a suit he was going to use at an event. There were no staff around the store to assist shoppers, we had to find things our own. When we finally went to the cashier to pay, we saw that the line was so long, there was only 3 cashiers open which is too few for a lot of shoppers that day. Cant help but think such a poor management. Having very few staff on a busy day like that. The cashier was slow, she looks like she was new on the job and needs a lot of assistance from other staff. She ask other staff about every single item she punch in the register. The lady who was in front of me ask her if she could move faster as the people are getting impatient. She said, "well, they have to to wait!" I was a bit shocked at the way she responded. N

o regards to customers, no apologies. But I don't put all the blame on this single cashier person. First, she is new to the job, second the BCF management is not giving her the right training. I swear I'm never shopping in this store. EVER!!!
