Bally Total Fitness Complaint - Poor quality trainers
Okay to begin with I have had the experience of having personal trainers and private one-on-one sports training for years. I have had trainers from L. A. Fitness & Ballys & exclusive studios.
The exclusive gym was the best! I got everything I asked for in my training and undivided attention from my trainer. I got positive encouragement without phony butt-kissing. When I did something wrong or needed improvement he let me know professionally.
Not the case with bally trainers. I have been getting trained on and off for just over 4 years. The first trainer was good with physical training and giving me exercises that I really liked. However, he kept using his cell phone and staring at every women that walked by! Eventually he got fired and I had to get a new trainer.
The new trainer was a little phony. The compliments weren't genuine. The work-outs were always different so it made it hard to follow on your own. In addition to that, his friends would come up and interrupt the session to ask questions about what they should be doing in THEIR work-out routine! Sometimes they interrupted to just "shoot the breeze". Furthermore I did not get the sports-specific training that I really wanted even when I asked for it! To top it off, neither trainer was consistent with nutrition planning-which of course is key!
I must have spent just over six grand in the last year on the current trainer and unfortunately their schedule is so full-it's a challenge to get one session a week. The time of day that I do get-really sucks and conflicts with my other personal plans. I am a repeat customer and was hoping for better service and more professional attitudes.
