Fifth Third Bank Complaint - Harassing Calls - Bank
Fifth Third Banks automated calling system starts calling us at 8:00 A.M. when we pick up nobody is there. The calls continue every thirty minutes. We are happy to pick up and discuss our account with them but there is nobody there. This creates stress, angst and is harassing and effects how we interact with the representative when we do get to talk to them.
Bad Bank, Bad practices. We are pulling all accounts we can from this bank as a result.
