HARRIMAN, NEW YORK -- If you do not mind no customer service and lack of respect this is the Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury! The poor customer service from the night manager down to the General Manager on the phone was down right appalling! I think that they way we were treated was unacceptable! Shame on the Hilton Family of putting up with this type of customer service from any of their hotels.
Shame on you!
