Complaint - Customer Service - Clear Corner Lights

SUNRISE, FLORIDA -- These guys have NO IDEA what they are doing. They are rude and blame everyone except themselves when it comes to a mistake. They shipped the wrong part and wanted me to pay the return shipping. It was damaged and they wanted to blame UPS (even though the box was in immaculate shape and the packing was excessive), They wouldn't refund my money until UPS refunded theirs.
I shop a lot on line and have run into problems, I tried to explain how credible and competent companies handle the shipping, returns and damaged product problems and they accused me of being a con-artist and running some sort of online mailing scam.

For a company that specializes in on-line shopping where people aren't usually just down the street to bring it back when there are problems they should be better at phone calls, shipping and returns issues, warehouse inventory, and customer relations. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your automotive needs.
