Quiznos Longview Wa. Complaint - Customer service complaint

Review by Bernice on 2010-04-19
LONGVIEW, WASHINGTON -- I picked up a to go menu at the Centralia Wa Quiznos. I called the shop and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. When I went to pick up my order I was told they did not have a call in order for me. I was confused about what had happened as was the counter person so I made a reorder paid and left the shop. About 40 minutes later I got a call from the Longview Quiznos asking me when I was coming to pick up my order. I told him that order was a mistake that I thought I was ordering from the Centralia shop since the staff person did not identify the Quiznos location. I told the asst. manager that I had already placed a order in the Centralia shop and was sorry for the mix-up. I was told that I had to pay for the Longview order anyway even though the take out menu was from the Centralia shop and there was no location mentioned on the phone or a call back to verify the order. Even though the Longview shop asst. manager was pleasant and was following shop policy and I did make the mistake, I feel the store should say the location as part of their greeting. I made a mistake which cost me $55.00 for both orders I feel the Longview store should cancel the charges out of good customer relations.

They should have had a location on the brochure or made it clear but they made the food for you. If you ordered a pizza and never picked it up you would have to pay for it.

All Quiznos get the same menus with no address or phone numbers on it. Each store then uses a stamp to put it on there menus. Theres no way they got that menu in Centralia
