Sprint Complaint - Customer service sucks
I had Sprint for over 7 years and have never received customer service like that before. I have mailed my payment via mail, Sprint receives payment and, probably, applied to a different account number. Money off my bank account, but not in my Sprint account. Sprint turns my services off, which makes me calling them to find out what the problem is. They ask that I fax over front and back of my check which was cleared, which I did many times. Lets remember, money is off my bank account, I have no cellphone service which I payed for. I get representative Marie and then James, as far as they have told me, in payment recovery department. Never spoke to such arrogant and disrespectful people in my entire life. I'm in a process of cancelling my account with spring and will go with one of the other companies. If you have Sprint and you get one of those reps, ask for a different one.
