Transfirst Merchant Service Complaint - Charging for keypad is big scam, for ex customer of Transfirst Merchant Service

AURORA, COLORADO -- We were customer for Transfirst Merchant Service for more than 5 years. We change our processing company about year ago. Transfirst Took $400 from my bank account, they saying we did not returned equipment. They did not send us notice or warning in advance. They did not send us reminder. First we bought the equipment from them, we paid about $500 for Hypercom T7 plus and keypad, we had copy of check that we paid them money and documents. When we bought new equipment from them, salesman took old equipments.
We need a advise, if any body knows what do in this case,
Never Never ever sign a contract with non famous company, once they have your account number, they can do any thing in future without notice.
Never sign a contract with 5/3 bank or transfirst merchant service.
This is a scam.
