FRISCO, TEXAS -- I bought a New Volvo XC 90 of Friday 4-16-10 from LEO PACHECO and his SON JUSTIN PACHECO- owners of VOLVO OF DALLAS. Before I could pick the car up- its was RE- SOLD the very NEXT DAY !!! They are guilty of LYING, MIS-REPRESENTATION, and FRAUD, and should be ARRESTED and have their VOLVO franchise taken away from them. Ther're running a SCAM- selling the SAME NEW car to 6-7 people at the same time !!! I have already contacted the Volvo USA Corp. Office and THEY are NOT happy !!! FRAUD charges are PENDING....
