Sears Complaint - Sears sold my rebate appliance to someone else!
Sears told me that a "computer glitch" caused my dishwasher to be lost in their system and sold to another customer. This puts my energy star rebate in jeopardy as another dishwasher will not be available until the end of May. I was one of the first to purchase on rebate day, they verified the stock and promised delivery AND I had an install date. It took me days to get the truth from Sears. I am tired of washing dishes...
Sears cannot be a viable company much longer with such poor service and customer relations < in my opinion.
