After paying thousands of dollars into the policy...I have been without air conditioning in my home for 3 (THREE) weeks. They did not like the price quote of the first repair company THEY TOLD ME TO CALL. I was told I would have to get a second quote...I did. I am still without air. They will check the temperature in your city to determine the "urgency" of your claim...what about the temperature in my home?! Apparently they will try to put you off long enough that you give up and pay for the repair yourself...I cannot afford to.
