Pizza Hut Complaint - Concerned Customer
GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA -- To whom it may concern:
My daughter and I were at the Pizza Hut in Gainesville, Ga. on 4/17/2010. While we were there I watched the manager (yes the Manager) sneeze in her hands and wipe her nose several times, not once going to wash them then turns around to get food out of the warmer to take to the drive through. THAT IS GROSS!!!!! Especially for the manager. That makes me wonder what she and how she is training her employees. Aslo their were 2 ladies that come in (not employees) not sure who they were and walked straight to the back to where they were cooking. Not once did they wash their hands upon arrival. Our server who was wonderful took a smoking break but when he came back into the building he went straight to the sink and washed his hands. Hts off to him!
It will be a long time before we go back to that Pizza Hut. The last few times that we have been in this certain one the service has not been very good. Our food was not pipping hot when it came to the table, bread sticks came to the table with our pizza (which this is always) never before. There was a gentleman that came in after we did probley 10 minutes or so after, ordered a salad and a personal pan pizza we ate out dinner sat there a few minutes and left. When we left he was still waiting on his pizza. I am sorry but I would have left and not paid if thatwas all thatI ordered.
