DirecTV Inc Complaint - Directv is HORRIBLE
I was a customer of DirecTV and had to relocate due to my apartment being broken into.
1st Issue - I called to cancel service because the new apartment does not allow direcTV. they wanted to charge me $160.00. There was no empathy or consideration for the circumstances.
2nd Issues - I wanted to set up payment arrangements of which they would not allow.
After speaking with a dozen customer service reps and a Cheri (ID U4392) at the corporate office, I came to the conclusion that this company has not empathy for its customers.
If you are looking for a cable company DO NOT GO WITH DIRECTV
