My husband and I hover around 800 in credit score and still had to fight tooth and nail to get a mortgage from this CO. They never sent the package as promised, the people were rude and we were disgusted that we had to work so hard to feed someone money. We are soooooo over USAA. Steer clear unless you have at least 6 months to get your loan. Even then its bound to take longer. JOe Robles is a joke and this company is the Scientology of Insurance....look elsewhere
