Comcast Corporation Complaint - This company should be out of business
METRO ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Comcast should be out of business by now providing such a miserable service and even worse customer service! Cable is consantly out and even when it is working it skips back and forth between no audio and/or video. Called for repairs several times and twice they just never bothered to show up or call. I finally took the box myself to local Comcast center and exchanged it which did absolutely no good! Cable seems to go out every night at 2am - right when I get home from work - and won't come back on until about 5am! Let's not even mention that they do the "required weekly test" about every night in the middle of my show before it goes out. I don't know anything about this companys politics but I don't find it humerous or coincidental anymore that the service seems to have most of it's spontaneous problems the moment the Glenn Beck program comes on! I've tried calling their 24 hour service department several times and trust me .. don't even waste you time unless you just enjoy following electronic prompters and listening to endless loop of advertisements! If they even have employees after hours they must all kick their feet up and go to sleep while your listening to their elevator music on hold! Seriously - there claim of 24 hour service should be investigated by the BBB! Over 2 hours on hold with no answer last night and I gave up tonight after about 30 minutes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I'd ask for my account to be credited but I have been through that before too. Told it would be but it never was - big surprise right? I've paid this company 190.00 per month for over 3 years and been a customer for over 7 years and still not worthy enough for them to answer the phone..... Why is this company still in business?????? Switching to the Dish as soon as I possibly can and I hope it is better - can't be any worse!
