The Hartford Complaint - Arrogant staff, high fees, lousy service
HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT -- I tried to open a retirement account with this company and was met with resistance and unresponsiveness to basic and general questions about how they do business. They also refused to give me the basic information I needed to adequately compare them to their competition. These problems occurred at all levels of supervisory position. It looks like their fees are much higher than the competition and their service has been poor to say the least. I went elsewhere.
